Founded by Sai Atluri, a field engineer with 6+ years of in-the-trenches IT experience, Rapid IT Services began with one simple goal:
“Demonstrate accountability, resolve issues thoroughly, and ensure full functionality before departure.”
After gaining extensive experience with national technology service providers, where he observed the negative impact of slow response times, outsourced solutions, and impersonal support on business operations, Sai was driven to create a different kind of IT service—one that is responsive, locally rooted, and dedicated to building strong, hands-on relationships with businesses across British Columbia.
